Why Destination Homes?
Destination Homes was founded in 2001 under the direction of David Bailey and company CEO Brad Wilson. Locally owned and operated, Destination Homes has built outstanding homes and communities throughout the Wasatch Front with an eye for detail and passion for quality you can expect from a third-generation home builder.
From 2001 to 2010, Destination Homes has built hundreds of homes in numerous communities, including single-family homes and town homes. Their developments range from Pleasant View in the north to South Jordan’s Daybreak community in the south.
In 2009, their commitment to establishing exclusive communities was recognized when their West Haven development, The Village at Child Farm, was named “Community of the Year” by the Utah Home Builders Association.

Quality
Named “Home Builder of the Year” in 2003, each Destination Homes’ home comes with a home warranty and is required to pass several quality control inspections throughout the construction process. This attention to detail earned Destination Homes the title of Diamond Builder in 2007 for their Home Buyers Warranty.
Choice
In 2009, Destination Homes earned the designation of “Best Design Center” by the Utah Home Builders Association. Buyers are able to meet with a design professional to select colors and details that will personalize their homes in a state-of-the-art design center.
