Warranty Service Manager
Destination Homes is seeking an individual to serve as Warranty Service Manager. This individual will be responsible to establish and maintain staff and processes. This individual will be required to address warranty service in accordance with Destination Homes’ customer service philosophy and key metrics, foster a positive company image, and identify opportunities for improvement in company product, process, and staff training. Candidates must be analytical, process driven, with proven ability to meet deadlines, make decisions and accept ownership. Must be multi-task oriented with insistence on uniformity of process and reporting. Great communication skills are critical.
Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction management or residential homes warranty management.
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written) Including desire to ask question and learn from others.
  • Excellent follow up and follow through.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Calm and collected under pressure.
  • Objective in decision making.
  • Customer friendly.
  • Organized.

Sales Assistant

Destination Homes is seeking an individual to join our Sales Team as a New Home Sales Assistant, working in our Model Home at Daybreak, in South Jordan, Utah.


  • This individual will greet visitors to the model home
  • Guide visitors thru the model and inventory homes within the community
  • Gather prospect information for follow up
  • Generate sales leads for our communities
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork
  • Assemble flyers and brochures 
  • Perform market research
  • Advise and direct buyers throughout the New Home Sales process
  • Manage our model homes incuding light cleaning and straightening, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Candidates must have a High School diploma
  • Current Utah Real Estate license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Outgoing personality

Destination Homes is seeking a career minded individual to join their Drafting team in their Layton office. This CAD position is full time with competitive pay and benefits.
This person is responsible for preparing and maintaining thorough and accurate working drawings with detail for an efficient and well-designed home.  Qualified applicants must have experience in residential drafting with efficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Civil experience is preferred.  Successful candidates should be pro-active and focus on precision & accuracy.
Education: Drafting degree or technical training preferred
Efficiency in AutoCAD
Revit and Civil experience is preferred
Minimum 3 years residential drafting experience
