KAYSVILLE – Final approvals were granted one development in Kaysville Tuesday, while another was recommended for further study.
Kays Landing, a proposed development that will include 39 town homes on the north end of the city’s downtown, received final plat approvals and development agreements from the city.
The 2.9 acre site is at 410 N. Main, now the location of Far West Motel.
