The chilly January weather didn't stop the planned celebration for the Clark family for being the 1000th homeowners in Daybreak, in fact the temperature was perfect for the beautifully crafted ice sculpture in the front yard marking the occasion. The house warming event was put on to recognize the milestone of completing 1000 homes in Daybreak, and to recognize the great homeowners that make Daybreak such a wonderful community.

"There is no other place in the world like this community. It has been our pleasure to be a part of Daybreak and work with so many great people," commented Travis Nokes at the event. "We're excited to be a part of the second thousand homes built here and beyond."

The Clark family made their move from California to South Jordan to be closer to family. They are excited to be a part of the Daybreak community, and enjoyed working with the team at Destination Homes.
