2007 - Destination Homes completes its new office building and moves in
for business as part of the downtown Layton
renovation.
2007 - Destination Homes opens largest Design
Center
in Utah
north of Salt
Lake.
2006 - Sustainability Award Daybreak presented by Kennecott Land.
2006 - Brad Wilson at age 37 was named one of Utah’s
Top 40 under 40 Business Professionals. Among this class Brad was honored
as a visionary and innovative leader whose accomplishments define his character
and capabilities.
2009 - Wilson
named Chairman of Davis County Chamber of Commerce
2008 - President Brad Wilson is named co-chair of Davis Economic
Advisory Council.
2008 - Brad also owns land development company Discovery Development LLC
and commercial real estate company Destination Holdings LLC.
2006 - Brad is the recipient of the Chamber of Commerce’ Advance
Business Prosperity award
2004 - President of Children’s Aid Society of Utah where he dramatically
increased fundraising while initiating a restructuring of the agency.
Before coming into the home building industry Wilson
was Associate Vice President for American Express Financial Advisors.
2005 - Destination Homes is named one of Utah’s
top 10 homebuilders along the Wasatch Front with annual revenue of $50 million
at the time.
2004 - Destination Homes founder David Bailey serves as President of
Northern Wasatch Homebuilder’s Association (NWHA).
2004 - Destination Homes completes the first home in South
Jordan’s Daybreak Community
2003 - Destination Homes was named Northern Wasatch Home Builder of the
Year.
2002 - Destination Homes builds its first exclusive community at
Hawthorn Estates in Syracuse,
Utah.
2001 - Destination Homes is founded under the direction of two brothers;
David & Kevin Bailey, and company CEO Brad Wilson.
